Sold on certain application of charge particle fining agents. Used also Pectinase prior, quite a bit, as all 2 gal of the fruit (12 brix only) was with skins on as well. Very cloudy in the ferment as expected, but dropped out at the end, and with fining agents applied the potential for much haze seems to be minimized. I'm kinda surprised also how well the 1.006 finishing (~14.5 ABV) is balanced, not hot, cold and 'slow' (6 days) with a triple pitch of 1116, D47 and 71B seemed to work, with a high pitch rate (5g of each together with GoFerm, and days 0, 1, 2, 3 feedings of about 1 tsp each of BSG and of FermO).
