Setup in the overworld, the middle compact machine is used for the automation of all saplings. Bottom is a flux point to transfer energy into the CM, which you can set to a low priority compared to for instance your ME network so that the compact machine doesnt steal all the energy from other sources. Top is flux controller to keep an eye on the input, output and buffer.
