Early was torpedo bomber known as the "Torpecker" by pilots. Obsolete by WWII, it was slow and defenseless when faced by enemy fighters. Most were destroyed during the Battle of Midway, after which they were withdrawn from service. Scratch-built to professionally drawn plans.
