72 hours in, nice krausen, temp been maintained from 64-70, most of the time in a water bath in kitchen sink of 66F (worked great). Fed 3 times on a rather high TOSNA at 0 (goferm for rehydration) day (FermO and BSG), day 1 (24 hours) of FermO/BSG, day 2, same, and day 3 BSG only. We are now at 16.1 brix, 1/2 attenuation, looking, smelling, and doing well.
