Sealed. Appears to be a factory seal. I can't believe I scored this! It was listed as buy it now on ebay by someone who didn't know better and I snagged it quick! So hard to find a copy. It blows my mind there are still sealed copies out there of such rare discs. I love scoring them. I had payed much more for an unsealed copy.
I remember watching this one as a teen. Used to have it on VHS. Watched it all the time. Fun teen movie.
