Handout for Ross' annual Field Leadership Meeting in Las Vegas to over 1,800 store and district managers. This year's theme was "Advantage Leadership," so we chose an "Area 51" theme, "take me to your leader!" We won 3 out of 5 booth competitions this year (as voted on by the attendees) for "Most Creative," "Most Fun," and "Best Overall." (Apr. 2016)
