The 2 gal of fruit puree, 2.5+ of honey water, now cold crashing at 22-40 F or so range, with an average (and insulation white towel to help mitigate wild swings) temp of about 28-30 F. We are at day 1 of this, now 24 hours in on Tues Jan 6th, 2026 at about 8 PM.
