Sealed. Appears to be factory seal based on condition of caddy, age of cellophane and the sale stickers.
Me and my buddy watched this one at his house on cable back in the day. We loved it. Especially that hot chick! :)
These are super rare to find. Even old beat up copies. More so than even most late 1985 titles. Looking online, it appears this one was released on CED in '86, so this explains the rarity of the title.

I never would have never thought a sealed copy of this was still out there. Trying to find a clean copy in of itself is as rare as hens teeth, never mind sealed. I've never seen one, that wasn't all all scratched up and stained....but even those few are rare and often get listed for triple digits. I had a copy before this one, that would almost meet this collection standards, I'd call it in "very good" condition. The best I saw in years. After replacing it with this copy, I let the old one go at auction in 2023, starting at 99 cents just to see what would happen and it brought about $50 - I'd say about half it's true value. I'm very confident, it's condition was clean enough to have brought in $100 at buy it now price, within 3 months. It was ok however, as I scored it for even less by someone uneducated as to it's rarity.
On 3/15/24 another crazy sealed copy sold on ebay for $75. It was still barely sealed, and had some bubbling on the label, otherwise looked new. If the buyer removes the old torn seal, I won't be very surprised, however I think it was still good enough to still consider it a sealed copy. Proper storage will be vital, to prevent further damage. It could literally be 1 of 2! I watched it since it was posted and I knew it would sell fast. Posted well under it's true value at probably $125 if the seller was willing to wait a couple months. I don't think it took more than 2 weeks to sell at buy it now for $75 which is a super fast sale for CED's since there are not many collectors, relative to other collectables; the general population hasn't even heard of them, remember. Still, each passing day, I grew more and more surprised to see it still listed. Had it been mine, I wouldn't have taken less than $125 for it. Lucky buyer. If he keeps it sealed, I could see it bringing $150 listed in a year or so from now, or anytime, if he wanted to list it and just wait it out. I bet it would sell within a year. If he does unseal it, it would probably sell like my old copy, $50 at auction or $100 waiting it out for 3 months or so. I'm not sure if even most CED collectors know just how rare this title is. It's more rare than Rocky 4, The Goonies, Back to the Future, Teen wolf etc. It might be tied with Enemy Mine. It seems you see a copy posted on ebay, on average about once a year to a year and half. That's insane rare considering how popular ebay is.
