When I got this car the speedometer was full of cobwebs and one very dead spider. Luckily it's one of the old Smiths style ones with the removable bezel, so it was a simple matter to open it up and give it a quick clean. I didn't go overboard as a bit of patina isn't a bad thing given the age of it. Doesn't look half bad I reckon given it's been open to the elements for over a decade!
