This shows the MK2 Heater box in the foreground. The screen/footwell deflector flap cable routes from the top of the heater box (top cable). Not a good angle shot of the MK3 Heater box but the screen/footwell deflector flap cable routes from the bottom of the heater box, hence cannot do a direct swap without either substituting the whole MK2 heater box or the MK2 top section.
