Please note that we're only looking for housemates who are responsible/clean and very quiet.
- very quiet, since sound proofing in our wooden character 'Old Queenslander' house is not great
- don't do much cooking and definitely no oily cooking (no frying, no oily fumes, no grease splatters)
.... if you cook with oil, always cover with a lid/cover and keep the temperature low to prevent the oil vapourising.
- who don't have any people visiting (to keep the noise and disturbance down)
- walk gently in the house- clean, responsible and respectful of all house-rules, housemates and property.
- considering only females, non-smokers and without pets.
- always keeps shower time to 10minutes per day with the water running
(and total time in the bathroom to 15minutes per day)
- one load/wash of the laundry machine per week
