A mother is the first teacher and the first friend of her children. She loves her children unconditionally and guides them on the right path in life. We celebrate Mother's Day on the second Sunday of May in various parts of the world.On 7th May 2025, our school celebrated Mother's Day with great enthusiasm and love. Students from Class 1-5 participated in various activities to express their gratitude, love and appreciation for their mothers.Class 1 participated in a joyful and creative PHOTO FRAME making activity. With colourful paper, stickers, glitter, and other craft materials, the students crafted beautiful photo frames. The activity enhanced the students’ fine motor skills and creativity.The students of Class 2 had a Mother’s Day CARD making activity. Their excitement and enthusiasm shone bright as they made colourful and attractive cards which they took home to surprise their mothers. The activity gave them an opportunity to showcase their artistic skills.Class 3 students created personalized GOODY BAGS for Mother's Day. This initiative sought to foster creativity, enhance fine motor skills, and promote emotional expression through crafting. The Mother's Day goody bag activity provided students with an opportunity to express their appreciation for their mothers through creative means.Grade 4 students celebrated Mother's Day with a ROOM DECORATION activity. They showcased creativity with DIY flowers, wall hangings, and handmade cards. The decorated room was vibrant and heartfelt, paying tribute to mothers. Students demonstrated teamwork and enthusiasm, making it a huge success.The students of Class 5 expressed their heartfelt love and gratitude through a special project – A COLLAGE BOOK for moms. Each student created a unique collage filled with drawings, pictures, and kind words to honour their mothers. These pages were lovingly compiled into a beautiful class book, showcasing the creativity and warmth of young hearts. It was a touching tribute to the most important women in their lives – their moms!The event was a heartwarming success, filled with smiles, laughter, and love.
