Your room has your own private kitchen and living/dining area.
You will share bathrooms, toilets and laundry with a fully female sharehouse.

You will need to keep showers short - 10minutes per day with the water running
(and total time in the bathroom to 15minutes per day)

One free laundry wash/cycle is included in the rent per week.
Extra washes at $2 per load
