Fuselage is doped. I poach wire insulation from an old, orange extension cord. The insulation is slit lengthwise. I put the insulation on the edge of a measuring spoon handle and immerse it in boiling water , the cold water. This makes it easy to slip over the edge of the card stock around the cockpit opening.
