Gift of the MAGI by Lost Abbey Brewing Company, CA. Bottle cork was like 'rubber', and broke, played with it for a while, finally just pushed it in after I vacuumed the tidbits first. Then poured via strainer, and what a nice saved bottle from '17 or so era of this almost defunct brewery. Carmel, belgian yeast, clarity from aging so long (sediment on the bottom was hard, thick and dark), great nose, and persistent creamy head. I'd give it 38-39 on a score sheet. Not a great beer, a VERY good beer. Capping issue is sadly part of the reason I ding it down from a potential 40-41.
