My proposal for a new #Kitchener Aud. 44 Gaukel lot + old bus terminal are large enough for an arena the size of Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg (15k+), restaurants, bars, a public square with patio space, and a cultural centre. Only a minor modification of Joseph is needed.
