This was a late release that my grandparents bought for me new, back in the day. The only time anyone ever bought me a videogame. I remember thinking, it was a bit childish for my age at the time but I actually gave it a try anyway, and though it has a learning curve, the game is actually FAR more than it looks upon first sight, both in the childlike appearance and game play both. I actually got into it and enjoy it after a few hours. I remember helping out another kid at school who got the game and couldn't understand it. Once I explained it to him, he probably got to see the game for what it is too.
Prices for authentic copies are insane. Especially for the manual. Repro's are good enough for me. I don't even play them on og hardware anymore anyway, so I'll never know if it works and wont care if I find out it doesn't lol. Brings back the exact same memories seeing the repro as the real one would.
