Don't worry:I will take a full "payback" in another project(more like just the ordinary modification ordered by me to TNW firearms company)-the TNW KPVT!If you know what I am talking about ????????????** **as for those who don't:in compliance with the Canadian firearm laws the magazine's capacity for semi-auto rifles is limited to 5 rounds.But there are several exceptions to this rule!And one of them tells that the semi-auto belt-fed non-restricted firearms(like TNW MG34.Or in my case still to come TNW KPVT ????)have the belt capacity limit of 50 rounds in case if they are using belts designed prior to year 1945!And the belt for KPVT is designed in year 1944???????????? By the way back to the PTRS-41 project!The main modification will be replacing the original barrel with the KPVT barrel,fitted to PTRS-41 action without losing KPVT barrel's incredible endurance!Because the resource of KPVT barrel is enormous:20 thousand shots before re-chrome lining,while the PTRS-41 barrel has only 400-500 rounds before replacing!And damn 3 kilograms of additional weight are obviously f*ing insignificant in this case!
