Customers who purchase refundable fares are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours after their purchase, as per British Airways refund policy. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund before it is issued after 24 hours. The only part of non-refundable fares that will be refunded is the tax; YQ will not.
