This is a garden bed in a planter that some seats back up to. It is at the top of Queen Street Mall. I used to sit and wait for Liz there when I was working at Guide Dogs and she finished at DX an hour or so after me. There was a Subway behind it then and we would get a foot long veggie sub for $3 and go halves in it for dinner!
