Pretty good target temp, D47, RC212 (not so much, but is agressive and may take over) and 1116 (aggressive to the end to make a dry mead which is the goal, with low temps). Nice color, great steady 66F or so fermentation with TOSNA day 0, 1, 2, 3 and no more. Day 3 was 1/3-1/2 break, quite amazing how effective this trip strain pitch was/is.
