The same seller of the two "Service Test Disc" & "Zenith Field Service Disc" told me he bought out former repair shops in the 80's for his repair shop, where he used these to service CED players in Connecticut.
As a collectable, this is the only one in my collection and the only one I know of, that doesn't have a UPC bar code on the back. It's like a ghost disc. (I've since added an Aloha Conference disc, which doesn't have one either and there's a few other rare obscure discs that don't have one either). This ones so rare, whoever is viewing this, it's more than likely the only copy you've ever seen and will probably be the only copy you ever will.
