So here's the engine having been removed from KP destined to be transplanted into TP, after a really good clean of course.
It's quite possible to lift out by hand on your own so long as you're reasonably strong. Definitely easier to do with the exhaust downpipes removed though or the one on the left fouls on the rear crossmember.
