Artemesia vulgars, common mugwort! This is one of my very favorite ditch weeds, because it has such a rich history in medicine and folklore across the entire globe. The species name "vulgaris" refers to how damn ubiquitious/common it is. Mugwort is a minor hallucinogen and drinking an infusion of mugwort or putting a satchet of fresh leaves under your pillow before bed makes dreams more vivid and memorable. It's bitter as hell though.
