This was looking like the one from a water cooled engine with a failed head gasket for a while. However I'm glad to report that with a few sustained high speed runs completed now it looks like we've finally boiled the excess moisture off.
The oil has stayed clean far longer than the previous changes too. Undecided whether to remove the vapour separator tower to clean the inside or leave it be for now. Given these are apparently prone to leaking, yet mine is fully oil tight makes me tend to think I'll leave it be for now...
