My CED collection stems from being an 80's kid who was handed down a videodisc player and a stack of CED's by my grandparents, probably around 1985 or 1986. This is the very player I still have in my collection today. I also had two aunts/uncles who had players where we would watch movies when visiting. As a kid, this system was pure magic.
.
Here is my collection, nearly completed. All movies, in some way, have childhood memory significance to me, other than a few in extra collection sets. All movies listed separately, are part of memories growing up.
.
I decided to go for an at least "near mint" label condition collection. Making the collection a much more methodical process. There are just a few with blemishes, that I'm working toward upgrading.
.
The caddies are stored in protective ziplocks: 13x15, 2 mill. As shown in my sealed copy of "Space Shuttle", all boxed sets, are stored in protective ziplocks: 14x20, 2 mill.
.
If you click on the image (front & part of 1 only of two disc sets) twice, you can read about my memories of the movie, how much I payed, when I purchased it and other info; such as if it's factory sealed etc. As you'll see, this is a spare no expense, CED collection.
.
I am "Ced Collector" on CEDmagic.com forums. Feel free to share this private listed link with anyone, anywhere, at any time. I hope these photos bring you the joyful memories they bring me. It is my honor to share them with you.
