It's better than a coat hanger or chicken wire. Also, note the loop at the end. If you coil this around the item you want to pull through, it will tighten like a noose when there's tension applied. Please don't tried to feed any wires + connectors into the bodywork and hope it can be manoeuvred easily. There's nooks and crannies that small connectors can get snagged on, and it will take ages to unstick. Solder wire is cheap - go to a pound store and buy it. You won't regret it.
